How to read the results
Extracted: a value declared in a comment or command setpoint. Calculated: a conversion or bounds derived from file data. Estimated: at least one assumption you selected, such as the STL unit or prices. Unavailable: no admissible value, never replaced by zero. Conflicting observations remain visible and do not automatically feed the cost calculation.
Limitations of this version
No reconstruction of extrusion, paths, actual duration, volume or STL topology. An open mesh can provide dimensions; watertightness and shells are not validated. G-code motion is not interpreted as model dimensions. Normal/silent and model/total durations remain separate.
Without a signature, selecting an adapter is a user assumption. Prusa/Orca/Bambu are tested with synthetic fixtures; one Simplify3D 4.1.2 structure was checked against a real file. No complete slicer version is certified.
Local processing and privacy
A Web Worker reads the file in memory on this device. No upload, history or file storage is provided. The page and code load before analysis; analysis and calculations make no network requests. Removing the file clears our references but does not guarantee secure memory erasure. These protections do not guarantee absolute security.
